Animals are rescued from the local shelters by volunteers and some are found by humane society volunteers. Animals are kept in foster homes until a suitable home can be found for them. We also try to help place animals that are no longer wanted by their guardians. Homes for those animals are not always available. Some of the animals go to various rescue groups we work with.
